That's it... Fall break. Amazing how the time is running! We are already at the end of October.
Everybody is gone, but I stay in Szeged. I were to Budapest to pick my bro. and we met István (we slept in his flat ^^).
We made a sight seeing (as usual). Then we ate in a typical hungarian restaurant. And thanks to István, we didn't the service include on the bill... yep yep I saw the others bills and there are only tourists in the restaurant so they added the service in the bill...
and of course we were at Szimpla Kert Mozi (my favourite bar in BP).

Hey, I will be in Budapest this week-end : shopping, restaurant and FIESTA!
I'll go on friday around 5PM from Szeged, and with PIC (Pierre-Yves)
Day 1 : Arrival In BD, Rugby match, meeting with Marius
Pierre and me, took the train of 4:45PM to BD. The way was quite long, but no more changes on the way. (That's was great!). Arrival in BD around 8PM. We were fastly at the River Side hostel, to let our bags. Then direction the French Institute, to watch the small final of the Rugby World Cup (France against Argentina). Just to inform you, France loose 10 to 34... The atmosphere was quite funny in the Institute : people was yelling French bad words against the TV. And a guy (maybe 16) was completely drunk, and near us...and the worst, supporting Argentina.
After the game, we meet Marius (from the Summer School), at Széchényi bridge, and we were at bar inside the University (what it's the name ? but beer have "normal" price... it was more like prices in Szeged). After fews beers, and for me Baileys and when we were putting out, we were at Szimpla Kert Mozi. (I really love this place). So we do the same : beers and baileys...until the end.
Me eating an apple, in the train to BD.
PIC.
Day 2 : Shopping, meeting with Oliv' andMeuhMeuh
The wake up was hard, but it was around 9:30AM, because we plane to do shopping in city center. First, we "breakfast-lunch" at Vapiano. You must go to this restaurant. The principle is great. When you enter in, s.o. give you a card, where what you order will be on, and pay at the end. You choose the sauce, the pasta and they made it in front of you (with fresh pasta). It the same with pizza, but you get a remote control, which ring when your pizza is ready. The ambiance is simple but also design. You can see different plants (basilca, menthol) growing for cooking.
After this amazing lunch, we were in Vaci utca for shooping. I think, I could buy a lot of things in Zara's but I bought 2 t-shirt.
At the evening, we had dinner in the Japanese restaurant (Planet Sushi) on Oktogon Place, where I ate maki (mmmmmhhhhh!). It was quite good, and unfortunately I wasn't so hungry when we were at the restaurant.
We meet Oliv' and MeuhMeuh, for starting our White Night. To resume we planned, to go to a Gay's bar...drink...go to Szimpla...drink...go to baths at 6AM next day. And we made it! with some difficulties...but we made it ^^
First, we wanted to go to a Gay's bar...around 9PM, the night club was empty...normal.
So, we decided to go to see a friend of Oliv' and MeuhMeuh, because they were going to West Balkan (a night club).... The flat was great...but they were watching pool on TV...so boring. We decided to motived everybody to go out. So we were at WB, but not a long time... The place didn't like to Oliv' and Pierre-Yves...
We moved again to the Alibi's (Gay's bar), where we can see the show of Drag Queen's...
The way to go to eat something at 5AM was quite hard, and after go back to Domino Hostel. Personnally, I was sleeping. But really, Pierre has to hold me...to make me walk (Poor Pierre, I'm sorry). We walk a lot! But we took the subway to go to bath. At the Deak Ferenc station, the ship started, and controlers were everywhere...So dishonest guys! We can't buy alone our ticket... He asked us 300HUF to take the metro...and of course, everything goes in his pocket.
During the way, Oliv' try to make us laughing...with some jokes... I can told you some...but it works only in French (Sorry!).
The sun wasn't wake up yet...we were in the baths for the sun shine... It was amazing. The weather was very cold, and we were outside in this hot water (38°C). Looking at the sunshining. Amazing! Totally crazy. It was our price for the hard night.
Saké's glass.

The Széchéyi bath.
Pierre sleeping, because of maybe 7 hours of sleep in 2 days.
Day 3 : Meeting with Anne-Laure and her boyfriend
We came back at the hoste around 11AM...It was sunday, and we were surprised to see people sleeping... we need one hour to realize that it was sunday's morning. So it's quite usual to sleep a lot. White night can disturb us...Anyway, Pierre wanted to go out, we came back just to let our bags...but I can't... I was completely destroy, I just wanted to sleep. So I slept. I let Pierre join Oliv' and MeuhMeuh in city center. When I wake up, Pierre came back and he slept just 1h30... Not enough for me!
After that, we wanted to try a restaurant near "Mammut" (commercial center) which was recommanded by Oliv' and MeuhMeuh. Anne-Laure and her boyfriend (Yannick...if I'm right) join us, in this "authentic" hungarian restaurant, decorated in wood. The main dishes were also in wood's plates :). Good adress! As usual you can eat for less than 10 euro (wine included!)...I love Hungary
Anyway, after that we go to Blue's café...the bar was empty...there were 4 people...and it was us! So we played cso cso :)...We have to balance the team : Pierre and Anne-Laure against Yannick and me. I don't know how many parties we made... but it was great...even I don't like cso cso. I'm very bad!
Budapest was too quiet! Amazing : where were the people ?
We go to Szimpla Kert (*love love love*), where we show the table with all our tags...from the day before. Chatting, drinking...
We go back to our hostel, passing by a shop to buy wine and beer (only for the way). We played poker, we try to learn it to Pierre and AL. But has usual we made a "Who ride the bus?" (Thanks a lot Rasmus
). Around 3AM, AL and her boyfriend leave us. And we go to bed...(ah sweet night...sleeping, sleeping, sleeping). The more amazing was to see Jagoda in the same hostel (which is hard to find) and in the same dormitory... It was a chock. (No offence Blueberry...)
Day 4 : Sightseeing and go back home
Around 11AM, one of the receptionist came to wake up us...we have to leave beds.
We walk in the city to find a place to eat. The city was like dead...yes, we missed all the demonstration for this national day. (D**n!). We came back to Szeged at 7:30PM....for the French fries party
Mmmmmmhhhh French fries home made by Oliv'. It isn't the more dietetic, but french's fries home made...

I'm going to write articles in english, for all the foreigners :).
I've to speak about the European Club, tonight it's the Spanish party... It sounds great!
In few words : sangria, tortilla de patatas, paella, spanish music...but unfortunaletly no quaimada. Oscar's drunk...and A. was very nervious, because we come at 8:30PM...instead of 8PM.
We ate a lot, drink a lot...and drunk Oscar, to forget that A. make him nervous. But I think, most everybody was drunk, except me, Marlene and PIC... For me, it's because I pay some "palinka akcio" to Oscar. So "zero risk" to be drunk:). But we come back around 2AM...We've got class at 9:45 the day after...
It was quite hard to wake up, but all the courses were interesting*
Meuhmeuh and Oliv'
Can you imagine...I was playing cso cso... but of course, we lost, because PIC also said "Ok the last ball is the Gold goal"... It wasn't a good idea!

Sziastok !
A bientôt,
Marianne S.
